NHCC values diversity and and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply!About the RoleTherapeutic Recreation – After‑school program using movement, recreation, art, and CBT‑based activities to build resilience and confidence. Our Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) play a critical role in our Therapeutic Recreation Program, supporting youth and young adults navigating at-risk behaviors in an after-school setting. BHTs provide mentorship, guidance, and care through trauma-informed approaches and cognitive behavior therapy, utilizing sports and activities as therapeutic tools.
