Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, and needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's specific goals and therapeutic path, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and cohesive care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and devise safety plans when required to ensure client wellbeing.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and interventions, adhering to legal and ethical standards as mandated in healthcare practices.

• Facilitate various group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, focusing on equipping clients with effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
