Key Responsibilities\n

In the role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with clients in the school setting, conducting assessments and providing brief, evidence-based therapy for students experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression.

• Establishing and maintaining rapport with students, families, and school personnel to foster a supportive network surrounding each client's needs.

• Implementing integrated care plans that address both mental health and emotional challenges, while coordinating with teachers, parents, and relevant organizations.

• Conducting crisis interventions, where necessary, to support students in acute distress, ensuring their safety and immediate needs are met.

• Participating as an active member of the multidisciplinary team, contributing insights to improve service delivery and enhance the overall quality of care provided.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload, attending to assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
