Position Summary The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service. The Delivery Driver also assists with restaurant operations when not making deliveries and is expected to maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Essential Responsibilities Deliver customer orders accurately, safely, and promptly. Verify each order before leaving the restaurant and confirm that the customer receives the correct order. Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery. Greet customers courteously and thank them for their business. Handle customer payments, cash, credit card receipts, and tips accurately. Maintain proper cash-handling procedures. Follow all traffic laws and drive safely at all times. Maintain a valid driver's license, required insurance, and a safe driving record. Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition. Report any vehicle problems or maintenance concerns to management immediately. Follow all company procedures for delivery, customer service, and cash handling. Assist with answering phones, taking orders, preparing food, stocking, cleaning, and other restaurant duties when not on a delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and delivery area. Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures. Communicate with management and other team members regarding customer concerns, missing items, delays, or delivery issues. Protect customer orders from damage, contamination, or temperature loss during transportation. Represent the restaurant in a professional manner while driving and interacting with customers. Customer Service Expectations Welcome customers with a friendly attitude. Thank every customer for their business. Treat every customer with respect and professionalism. Resolve minor customer concerns appropriately and notify management when assistance is needed. Provide a positive experience that encourages customers to return. Attendance & Reliability Arrive on time and ready to work. Follow the assigned schedule. Communicate with management as soon as possible regarding any absence or lateness. Remain available to assist the restaurant between deliveries. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry food orders and supplies. Ability to enter and exit a vehicle frequently. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Qualifications Valid driver's license.

2+ Years Driving Experience Reliable transportation, when required by the company. Safe driving history. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently while following company procedures. Previous restaurant or delivery experience is preferred but not required.
