Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become an integral part of our growing imaging team, committed to delivering compassionate care. Using cutting-edge ultrasound technology, you will perform essential diagnostic procedures, collaborate with our dynamic healthcare professionals, and provide reassurance to patients through timely, precise imaging.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct a broad spectrum of ultrasound examinations that include abdominal, gynecological, obstetric, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during each procedure, guiding them through the process with empathy and clarity
• Work in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to generate high-quality diagnostic images
• Efficiently operate and maintain imaging equipment and promptly report any malfunctions
• Accurately record and document all procedures, maintaining comprehensive patient records through our electronic medical system
• Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and industry best practices

Qualifications Required

• Completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly valued

Certifications Needed

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a comparable credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
