Regional Sales Director - Washington D.C.
Mineralys Therapeutics
Mineralys Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing aldosterone synthase inhibitors, seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead commercial launch and growth of its first product in an assigned region. This remote position requires translating national strategy into regional execution and driving business performance.
Responsibilities
- Translate national commercial strategy into effective regional execution plans
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration within assigned region
- Oversee regional sales team performance and development
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare provider stakeholders
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape in region
Requirements
- Proven regional or territory sales leadership experience in pharmaceuticals
- Track record of successful product launches in specialty or primary care
- Strong ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Experience managing sales teams and building relationships with healthcare providers
- Understanding of hypertension, kidney disease, or related therapeutic areas preferred
