What You'll Do Grow Your Client Portfolio Develop new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. Identify prospective customers and create strategic outreach plans. Learn your local market and uncover staffing needs across various industries. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Become a Trusted Partner Consult with clients to understand their hiring goals and workforce challenges. Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support. Negotiate service agreements and recruitment solutions. Build long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and referrals. Connect Great People with Great Opportunities Source and engage top talent through networking, job boards, social media, referrals, and creative recruiting strategies. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' experience, skills, and career goals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings. Serve as a career coach and advocate throughout the hiring process. Drive Successful Placements Match qualified candidates with opportunities where they can thrive. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates. Guide offer negotiations and secure successful placements. Ensure a positive onboarding experience that sets candidates up for success. Stay Organized and Results Focused Maintain candidate and client records within the ATS. Track recruiting and business development activity. Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and recruiting best practices. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience. Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust quickly. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Experience using recruiting platforms, CRM systems, or applicant tracking systems (ATS). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
