Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work environment as you will be providing services remotely. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals who share a commitment to holistic wellness and shared values of empathy, respect, and collaboration in a fast-paced detox facility. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, ensuring a healthy work-life balance aligns with our organizational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are dealing with addiction, mental health disorders, and emotional challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to assess their social, personal, environmental, and health needs.
\n
• Evaluate and treat psychological problems and crises, providing short-term crisis intervention and planning ongoing support.
\n
• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic programs to meet clients' emotional and social requirements.
\n
• Facilitate effective case management practices, establishing rapport with clients that fosters mutual respect, acceptance, and trust.
\n
• Regularly assess and document the progress of treatment, ensuring that clinical records meet established protocols.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload and ensure all case documentation is current and reflective of the services provided.

• Engage in continuous personal and professional development to enhance your skills and contribute to best practices.

• Willfully take on additional duties as required to meet client needs and support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients experiencing substance abuse issues, depression, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. This population often presents with complex emotional and behavioral health needs; therefore, your ability to provide empathetic and effective counseling will be critical in helping them navigate their journeys towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in social work or related fields, with a strong background in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proven experience treating a diverse range of mental health issues, including but not limited to addiction, depression, marital counseling, and grief.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
