Senior AccountantWe are looking for a Senior Accountant to join an industry-leading organization to lead key efforts for the financial team. If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please reach out to us to learn more.Responsibilities:Participates and/or recommends to management major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for company.Prepares reports, which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.Assists with budget preparation, reviewing budget proposals, and preparing necessary supporting documentation and justificationProvides management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.Manages all aspects of the general ledger, including account reconciliations, preparation and input of journal entries, bank statement reconciliation, and maintaining accounting estimates.Determines work procedures prepare work schedules and expedite workflow to standardize and improve efficiency.Coordinates, with Human Resources, all aspects of employee relations including but not limited to, employee interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, complaints, scheduling, training, and development, etc.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (Advanced Degree is a Plus)3+ years of related experienceAdvanced Excel Skills
