MSH is partnering with an established international food brand that is preparing for an exciting expansion into the U.S. market. This is a rare opportunity for a Brand Manager to help lead the launch and growth of a recognized food brand as it builds its presence across the United States. What You'll Be Doing Lead the U.S. market launch strategy from pre-launch through expansion Develop brand positioning, consumer targeting, and go-to-market plans Drive marketing initiatives across digital, retail, shopper, and experiential channels Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and agency partners across the U.S. and international teams Support growth across grocery, mass, club, and Hispanic retail channels Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships Analyze consumer insights and track brand performance metrics Ideal Background 8–10 years of CPG Brand Management experience Food, condiment, sauce, seasoning, or adjacent category experience strongly preferred Experience launching products, brands, or entering new markets in the U.S. Strong understanding of grocery, mass, club, and Hispanic retail channels Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience working with multicultural consumers and cross-functional teams Nice-to-Have Experience with leading food and flavor brands International brand localization or cross-border launches Familiarity with Texas, California, and/or Florida consumer markets This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing brand's U.S. success story while working closely with senior leadership during a critical expansion phase. #J-18808-Ljbffr MSH
