Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a relationship-focused and highly organized Donor Relations Coordinator II to support fundraising, donor stewardship, and philanthropic initiatives. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with donors, community partners, and key stakeholders while supporting donor engagement activities, fundraising events, executive communications, and stewardship programs.

Responsibilities

• Support donor stewardship, cultivation, and engagement initiatives
  
• Coordinate donor meetings, executive briefings, presentations, and correspondence
  
• Develop and prepare donor-facing materials, funding proposals, reports, and recognition pieces
  
• Assist in planning and executing donor appreciation, fundraising, and stewardship events
  
• Coordinate event logistics, invitations, communications, registrations, and follow-up activities
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, patients, community members, physicians, employees, and other stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop marketing and donor engagement materials
  
• Conduct donor and prospect research to support fundraising initiatives
  
• Track donor activities, maintain records, and support reporting functions
  
• Serve as a liaison between leadership, board members, donors, and community partners
  
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling donor information and sensitive data
  
• Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• Minimum one year of experience supporting philanthropy, fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit programs
  
• Experience with donor stewardship, cultivation, and relationship management
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to coordinate meetings, presentations, donor communications, and special projects
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities independently
  
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
