Revenue Recognition and Issue Resolution Manager

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Revenue Recognition and Issue Resolution Manager to lead customer service operations in Raynham, MA or Raritan, NJ. This role oversees escalation management and order-to-cash processes, bridging commercial, supply chain, and finance functions while building team performance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead customer service team operations ensuring alignment with business policies and revenue recognition compliance
Design and implement KPI frameworks tracking first-contact resolution, order-to-invoice cycle time, and DSO reduction
Monitor daily performance dashboards, identify root causes for multi-touch tickets, and drive continuous improvement
Establish workflows to minimize manual touchpoints and escalations while streamlining order resolution processes
Provide regular pipeline health and order resolution updates to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 5 years progressive experience in reporting, analytics, customer service, or data-driven roles
Strong experience developing executive dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights
Proven team leadership in matrixed environments with ability to manage competing priorities
Hands-on expertise with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or comparable platforms
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence skills
