Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations - Spine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for Marketing Operations in its Spine division, based in Raynham, Massachusetts. This role oversees operational processes supporting commercial performance, demand signal integrity, and cross-functional issue resolution across the spine portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead spine marketing operations function and establish scalable processes for commercial execution
- Govern demand signal integrity, funnel health, product data quality, and operational processes
- Partner with stakeholders on product visibility, launch readiness, and catalog integrity
- Investigate and resolve operational issues impacting customer service and revenue
- Manage and develop the Associate Marketing Manager for Marketing Operations
Requirements
- BS/BA degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years progressive business experience in marketing, operations, supply chain, or commercial functions
- Healthcare, medical device, orthopedics, or spine industry experience preferred
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting demand signals and business metrics
- Experience with product information management, ERP, and CRM systems
