Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations - Spine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Marketing Manager for Marketing Operations within its Spine division. The role supports commercial execution through funnel management, demand monitoring, operational troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination across sales, product management, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Support funnel management activities including opportunity tracking and data quality monitoring
• Monitor demand signals by identifying ordering anomalies and operational trends
• Maintain product information accuracy across commercial systems and field-facing tools
• Investigate and resolve commercial process issues impacting field execution
• Maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools providing organizational performance visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2-5 years of business experience in marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, or healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare or medical device industry experience preferred
