Starting Pay: $75,000.00/ yearly salary

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and schedule CNC operators, setup technicians, and machinists.


• Oversee production to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.


• Support complex setups, first-article inspections, fixture design, and troubleshooting.


• Program, edit, and optimize CNC code using GibbsCAM.


• Verify compliance with blueprints, customer requirements, and GD&T standards.


• Enforce safety standards and oversee preventative machine maintenance.


What We're Looking For:


• CNC machining experience, including horizontal/vertical mills and multi-axis lathes.


• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, precision measuring tools, and shop math.


• Experience machining alloy steels, aluminum, and cast iron castings.


• Ability to work on the shop floor and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
