City Lines Bar and Grill, located in the heart of Dacula, GA, is looking for an experienced FOH (Front of House) Shift Leader to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing: As the FOH Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting the Front of House team during shifts. Ensuring smooth daily operations, from opening to closing. Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Assisting in training and mentoring FOH staff to maintain high performance and service standards. Monitoring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Collaborating with the management team to maintain a positive work environment.
