Role Description The Corporate Recruiter is a full‑time role based in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical and corporate positions across LVLS Integration. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies. Daily tasks include managing job postings, building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records within the applicant tracking system, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves networking with industry professionals, attending local events as needed, and collaborating with HR and leadership to support workforce planning and employer branding initiatives. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Ability to recruit for technical roles in low voltage, audiovisual, security, electrical, or telecom, or strong interest in learning these domains. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Knowledge of basic employment laws and hiring best practices to support fair, compliant recruiting processes. Experience developing or supporting employer branding, talent pipelines, and proactive sourcing strategies is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
