Role Description The Studio Manager’s main role will be to provide support for the growing business. The roles many hats to keep the Studio running smoothly. This includes office administration, scheduling, assisting the principal, minor financial support, marketing and PR assistance, and related duties. This role will foster a culture of creativity and collaboration. Qualities include detail-oriented, the ability to manage multiple tasks, well-organized, and a problem-solver. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of office management experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to flex their administrative skills while building on other skills in operations and business development. This position will start immediately. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Providing administrative assistance, such as scheduling, writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf. Maintaining the executive’s schedules and coordinating with the team Scheduling and book team travel General office and administrative coordination including office supply ordering, deliveries, office tidying, inventory, and office organization Manage and support company communications and technology, including staff emails and tech support Daily Office Culture Create and manage Studio events and foster a healthy work environment Assist in Management of Accounting’s weekly and monthly schedule Ensure all contracts and project numbers are current and filed properly Review and approve ‘regular’ invoices to the office for payment by Accounting Ensure all reimbursables are current Support the P&L management and documentation, including projections for next year with Accounting as necessary Marketing/Business Development Provide marketing/ PR and Social Media support Support the production of marketing materials/internal marketing production QUALIFICATIONS To work closely and collaboratively with an industry thought leader Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders. Customer Service skills to manage client relationships professionally, respond to inquiries promptly, and support a high-quality client experience. Team Leadership skills to coordinate studio staff, foster collaboration, and help guide projects toward successful completion. Sales and business development skills to support proposal creation, presentations, and relationship-building with potential clients and partners. Project Management skills to oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource planning across multiple projects. Experience in a design, architecture, or creative studio environment is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software). Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Design Management, Business, Communications, or a related discipline), or equivalent professional experience. Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven studio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
