Content Strategist & Social Media Art Direction — Instagram; Freelance

SULLIVAN is a New York womenswear label founded by sisters Eva and Elena Sullivan — elevated staples with refined silhouettes, made in Italy and New York using exceptional Japanese fabrics. The role SULLIVAN sets the campaign strategy, marketing calendar and art direction. This role translates that into our Instagram profile: planning the grid, designing posts, and sequencing editorial, e-commerce, campaign and creator content so the profile reads as one coherent brand. What you'd own Content strategy Translate each campaign and the marketing calendar into a monthly Instagram content plan Sequence content across drops, campaigns and product moments Plan how each shoot is rolled out: editorial, lookbook, e-commerce, commissioned photography and creator content Art direction and design Plan and maintain the grid: layout, rhythm, and balance between product, editorial and brand content Design posts and carousels, including typography, layout and cover frames Maintain visual consistency with the brand book across every post Execution Prepare final assets and captions ready for scheduling Keep the content calendar current Review performance with the team and adjust the plan You're right for this if You have art directed or designed an Instagram profile for a fashion or luxury brand You can interpret an existing brand and make it look like itself, not like your own signature You have a strong editorial eye for sequencing, pacing and layout You are organized and comfortable owning a monthly plan and its deadlines How we work together Monthly content plan, reviewed with the head of brand before the month starts Weekly check-in with the head of brand Community management (comments, DMs) and influencer relationships are handled separately by our team What we provide Brand book, campaign strategy and marketing calendar Editorial, e-commerce and commissioned photography, plus creator content A single point of contact on our side Details Freelance / 1099, roughly 8–10 hours per week $45–55/hour, depending on experience Shortlisted candidates complete a short paid test project #J-18808-Ljbffr Critical Playground LLC
