Responsibilities Repair a variety of electronic devices including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, and computers. Provide customers with solutions with our in-store services and Asurion connected home products. Repair devices in a quick and efficient manner. Keep accurate records of parts and materials during repairs. Maintain a tidy and clean work area at all times. Perform in your role and achieve your goals by performing timely repairs, providing excellent service, and creating satisfied customers. Qualifications A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions. A love for people and the devices that enrich their lives. One or more years of customer service and/or repair experience. A willingness to learn new technologies. Reliable and flexible when it comes to dealing with difficult situations. The ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment. Motivated to meet and exceed evolving key performance objectives. Experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting. Knowledge of mobile devices, computers, and operating systems. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
