Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst – MQ‑25 Team At Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), the Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst supports the MQ‑25 team in Mascoutah, IL. The role operates in a fast‑paced, dynamic production environment, aligning the Operations Team with Program Leadership, customer counterparts and cross‑functional partners to remove roadblocks and stabilize operations. Position Responsibilities Conduct assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide clear feedback and recommendations based on assessment results. Partner with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics that support company initiatives using Lean methodologies and other applicable tools and processes. Collaborate at the appropriate organizational level to implement strategies and action plans effectively. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment. 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, interpreting data, and presenting analysis and recommendations to management. Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint. Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements. Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experience. Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experience. Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military. Experience using Shipside Action Tracker. Total Rewards Base pay and variable compensation based on experience and qualifications.
