Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing established therapeutic techniques to facilitate open communication and conflict resolution.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and needs of each client, ensuring measurable outcomes and fostering client engagement.

• Assess and evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health needs through comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring throughout the treatment process.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation strategies and immediate support to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organization policies to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Stay current with industry trends, licensure updates, and continuing education to enhance your skill set and ensure the delivery of effective therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. This role requires a culturally competent approach, as you will engage with clients from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state is mandatory.

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and comfortable conducting virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy preferred.

• Experience working with clients struggling with substance use disorders or addiction-related issues.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team setting, enhancing care coordination for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
