Maintenance Technician ILocation: 30 Gauthier Drive, Essex Junction, Vermont, 05452 Shift & Schedule: N1 Shift | Monday - Wednesday and alternating Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM Overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededThe Maintenance Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment, while meeting productivity requirements and maintaining KDP's high standards in safety and quality.What You Will Do:Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K cup manufacturing equipment.Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors.Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary.Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system.Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain equipment in optimum operating condition.Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and change overs.Assist other maintenance technicians as required.Will assist in the training and coaching others on best practices.Performs other duties as assigned.Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas.Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.Total Rewards:Starting pay: $35.01 per hour. Pay increases to $36.76 per hour in the quarter following the 6-month anniversary.This is a hourly, non-exempt position paid biweekly.Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.Requirements:Manufacturing maintenance experience, or equivalent technical experience.Ability to read and understand repair instructions, prints, flowchart, and schematics.Experience using e-mail, component maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts lists.Packaging experience is preferred.Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:Ability to lift, push, pull, up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, & stoop.Ability to repetitively lift, twist, stretch, & reach overhead.Ability to stand during entire shift minimum of 12 hours.Work in compliance with OSHA regulations.Company Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
