Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying tailored therapeutic modalities to meet the unique goals of each client.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations by delivering intervention strategies and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation outcomes.
• Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and follow-ups for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs as warranted.
• Commit to professional growth by engaging in continuous education opportunities, workshops, and training aimed at enhancing clinical competencies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
