Locum Urology Physician Opportunity Washington

Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient

Join a well-established medical center and affiliated urology clinic in Washington that is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to provide ongoing coverage. The physician will practice at both the hospital and the urology clinic, located approximately one mile apart, with hospital and clinic privileges required.

• ASAP start
• Hospital and clinic coverage
• 122-bed medical center
• Solo provider while on assignment
• Average of 18 patients per day
• EPIC EMR
• 7 days of unrestricted call per month

The provider will diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions, including:

• Erectile dysfunction
• Kidney stones
• Male urinary incontinence
• Annual follow-up/refill visits
• Surgical assisting
• General urologic evaluations and procedures

Providers should be comfortable performing a broad range of urologic procedures, including:

• Catheter placement
• Stent placement
• Cystoscopy
• TURP
• Ureteroscopy
• Prostate biopsy
• Circumcision
• Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
• Orchiopexy
• TURBT
• Hydrocelectomy
• Spermatocelectomy
• Photoselective Vaporization of the Prostate (PVP)
• Litholapaxy

• MD or DO
• Active Washington medical license preferred at the time of submission
• Candidates with an active IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) will also be considered
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Documentation of 100 surgical cases performed within the past 24 months , including procedure/diagnosis, date, and facility

• Fast-track/urgent credentialing available
• Hospital and clinic privileges required
