Urology Physician

Urgent need for urologist at facilty in Longview, WA - about an hour outside of Portland, OR. Schedule: 8-hour shifts and 24-hour call Clinic M-F, 1:2 Weekend Call (Call x 7days (24h Typical schedule for an MD/DO is 3 days clinics 1 day OR and 7 days of 24h call with an admin day (off) in between. If MD/DO is taking call for the week, the expectation is that they work clinic and call at the same time. Clinic would then be 3 days a week and 1 OR day. This is for the safety of the MD/DO to ensure they have enough rest. If MD/DO is not taking call for the week, they would work 4 days a week in the clinic and then 1 OR day. Call Requirement- 7 days of unrestricted call per month Call is restricted/Beeper with a 10' return call response time & a radius of 30 mins (might be 45) Average After hour text/call 0-4 Work Details: • Yearly refills • Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction • Kidney stones • Male incontinence • Cystoscopies • Surgical assist Working at Medical Center and Urology Clinic (1 mile away) Both Hospital and Clinic Privileges Needed Inpatient & Outpatient Setting Bed 122 Avg. Patients per day- 18 equired certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable)- BLS and ACLS EMR - EPIC Procedures being Performed: Catheter placement, STENT Placement, Cystoscopy, TURP, Ureteroscopy, prostate biopsy, Circumcision, Shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), Orchiopexy, turbt, hydrocelectomy, spermatocelectomy, PVP, litholapaxy IMLC or WA state license
