Job Overview A law firm seeks a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts. Attend court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Negotiate settlements and evaluate case value strategically. Collaborate with support staff to proactively move cases forward. Analyze liability, damages, and medical evidence. Provide clients with guidance and consistent communication throughout litigation. Requirements Active Nevada Bar license required. 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred. Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage litigation deadlines and caseloads. Trial experience is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active Nevada Bar license. Skills Strong writing and negotiation skills.
