HR Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting U.S. recruiting operations and helping create a smooth, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams. You'll work across multiple programs, processes, and stakeholders, making a measurable impact on how we attract top talent.
Job Title: HR Coordinator Location: Abbott Park, IL Pay Range: $23/HR ON W2 What's the Job?- Partner with talent acquisition teams to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for commercial and engineering roles.
- Manage key steps in the hiring process, including background checks and drug screenings.
- Coordinate high-volume phone, onsite, and digital interviews across multiple divisions.
- Handle scheduling logistics end to end, including invites, travel, transportation, and lodging.
- Process candidate travel reimbursements and route/track relocation and sign-on bonus documentation.
- Associate's degree in HR, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, HR, or administrative support.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office products.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent organization, communication, and service-oriented interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

- Hands-on experience coordinating interviews, travel, and documentation across multiple teams.
