Job Title: Operations Clerk - Warehouse – National DCP

Location: Bellingham, MA

Job Type: Full-time | Shift: Monday-Friday 3:45am-11:45am

Overview:Join National DCP, LLC (NDCP) as anOperations Clerk,Warehouse,where you’ll play a key role in supporting our fast-paced distribution operations for Dunkin’ restaurants. The primary function of this position will be to assist warehouse management with inbound receiving and outbound selection. Communicate with employees and over-the-road truck drivers. Maintain spreadsheets, communicate among multiple departments, assist with NDCP’s food safety policies & assist with food safety audits. This is a clerical position with responsibilities including but not limited to computer data entry, relaying work assignments to fellow employees, paperwork accuracy verification, finance-related data entry, mail sorting, and general office work and operational support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Position requires working outside in all weather conditions and temperatures (e.g., Summer, Winter, Rain, etc)

• Compliance with all NDCP receiving policies.

• Communicating and relaying instructions to over the road and NDCP drivers.

• Clear and prompt communication with all team members.

• Receives incoming calls that may come in during the scheduled shift.

• Create and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

• Relay work assignments to employees who are scheduled.

• Process all warehouse manifests to verify the accuracy of orders.

• Research and compile OS&D data. (Over, Short, Damaged)

• Assist with food safety audits and other audits.

• Collection of incoming mail, packages, and consolidation to send to DCP headquarters.

• All customer orders, customer pick-ups, 3rd party deliveries, intercompany deliveries, signed and picked up RAR’s to be collected daily, scanned, and then emailed to Finance.

• General office file maintenance.

• Other finance-related data collection tasks as they arise.

• Other supporting tasks related to all areas of operation are deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of experience in an office/operation setting

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to interact well with employees and customers

• PC Literate with advanced-level Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of basic Finance data functions
