Your Role on Our Team: As our front-line ambassador, you'll be the friendly face and voice welcoming clients and their pets. The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Be comfortable around pets (bonus points for 6+ months of experience working with animals).
- Possess stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Bring a passion for helping pets and people.
- Have a great sense of humor and thrive under pressure.
- Be reliable, team-focused, and ready to tackle challenges with grace.
