- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, packaging, and facility equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Support equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, air compressors, boilers, printers, labelers, dehydrators, mills, blenders, chillers, and dock equipment.
- Complete work orders and document maintenance activities within the maintenance management system.
- Calibrate instruments and maintain required maintenance records.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Partner with Production and Operations teams to identify and implement equipment improvements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following GMP, food safety, and company procedures.
- Support facility projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with industrial manufacturing, production, or packaging equipment.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.

- Minimum of 5 years supervising Production, Processing, and Packaging Equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience required.
- Certificated on at least one of the following Technical Field Mechanic, Electric, HVAC, Welding, or Plumbing.
- Knowledge of 5S and GMPs.
- Experience in Clean rooms environment.
- Computer skills required: Certificate of welding, Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. List others for your Roles (CRM, MRP, ERI, etc.).
- Ability to travel between facilities.
- Ability to travel up to 30 miles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Trouble-shooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Clean rooms environment
- Knowledge of 5S and GMPs
Salary Description
$28-32 / hour
