Job Title Recruiter II Type of Engagement 6-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available) Work Location Onsite position in Hazelwood, MO Essential Job Responsibilities Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer's needs. Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers. Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies. Required Skills & Experience Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience needed Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting experience. Job Requisition #40363 #LI-Onsite #LI-WC1 Pay Range A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
