MCK - Area Manager (Grade 25)

Job Summary The Area Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the plant in alignment with Dynacraft’s vision and business goals. This role leads production operations focused on manufacturing parts supplied to truck plants across North America. The Area Manager will drive operational excellence by improving safety, quality, efficiency, and processes while leading cross‑functional collaboration. This role requires a strong leader who is innovative, adaptable, and capable of developing both people and processes to support new technologies and evolving manufacturing needs.
