Creative Strategy Manager

The Creative Strategy Manager manages pursuit execution and team workflow, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with strategy across Creative Enterprise’s deliverables. This first-line leadership role translates pursuit strategy into clear execution plans and oversees RFQ/RFP production and submission quality from end to end. Beyond production, the Creative Strategy Manager manages team workload, schedules, and deliverables, directs coordination across technical staff and contributors, maintains brand, messaging, and content standards, and supports interview preparation and coaching — balancing people leadership with hands‑on pursuit delivery. Your Impact Oversee RFQ/RFP production and submission quality Manage team workload, schedules, and deliverables Translate pursuit strategy into clear execution plans Direct coordination across technical staff and contributors Maintain brand, messaging, and content standards Support interview preparation and coaching Here’s What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of A/E/C marketing experience 1+ years of team leadership experience Strong production management and organizational skills Excellent writing and communication capabilities Here’s How You’ll Stand Out Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Creative Cloud suite. Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com) and CRM (Deltek Vantagepoint). Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
