About the Role We’re looking for a Market Intelligence Intern to support strategic decision-making through market research, competitive analysis, and data insights within the fast-growing eCommerce and logistics industry . This internship provides hands‑on experience working with cross-functional teams , leveraging data analysis tools , and delivering insights that influence real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Monitor eCommerce trends, logistics industry developments, and competitor activity Conduct data analysis to identify insights supporting commercial strategy Create reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations Partner with marketing, operations, and commercial teams Share and distribute market intelligence insights across the organization Consolidate feedback from customer-facing teams Improve workflows using Excel, reporting tools, and automation techniques Support development of scalable templates and insight reporting processes Contribute to efficiency improvements in data collection and analysis Minimum Qualifications (Required) Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field Experience with data analysis, research, or market insights (academic or professional) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Interest or exposure to eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain analytics Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards) or GenAI platforms Demonstrated curiosity for market trends and business strategy Why This Role Stands Out Build in-demand skills in market intelligence, competitive analysis, and data analytics Gain exposure to a global logistics leader Work on real-world strategy projects with measurable impact Additional Information Office‑based work environment with standard professional conditions Minimal travel required ( Equal Opportunity Employer DHL is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
