Telecom Analyst

Supporting and maintaining 9-1-1 solutions, the full-time remote 911 Technical Analyst will manage data for 9-1-1 systems, troubleshoot call routing issues, and provide technical expertise while interfacing with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Provide technical expertise on the operation of internal 9-1-1 systems, including validation and provisioning processes Manage all data for a 9-1-1 system, including PSAPs, pANIs, shapefiles, and MSAG Troubleshoot 9-1-1 call routing and data delivery issues, working with internal teams and external parties to identify root causes and resolutions Required qualifications 3+ years' experience in 9-1-1 VoIP, Wireless, and/or call routing solutions and services strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Technical understanding of VoIP and Wireless 9-1-1 solutions and operations Ability to communicate both technical and business information effectively Diligent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
