Senior Product Manager

About the Role Our client, a pioneering SaaS company, is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas. Operating in a fully remote capacity, you will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and guiding cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, translating market opportunities and customer needs into a compelling product roadmap. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining detailed features and user stories for development teams. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and emerging trends. Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product post-launch. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful software products. Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and prioritize effectively. Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working with engineering teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries is highly desirable.
