This is an execution-focused role for a senior PM who wants to own both the direction and the day-to-day work of shipping it.You'll work closely with software engineers, deployment strategists, sales, and customers. You'll be the PM on the ground, setting direction for your area and then making it real: defining requirements, prioritizing ruthlessly, and partnering with deployment so that what we build for one customer becomes leverage for the next.This role lives or dies on judgment: knowing which problems to solve once and scale, and which to skip. It takes someone who gets ahead of where the product is heading, owns the area, and cares enough to get the details right. That person is you.What You'll DoOwn a product area from requirements through launch and iterationDeeply understand the market: what customers need today and where it's heading nextBuild the map to get us there, and drive the team toward itBuild the right abstractions so the product scales cleanly to hundreds and eventually thousands of customers, instead of bespoke work piling upPartner daily with engineering and deployment strategists to turn each customer build into durable, reusable productTurn customer needs into clear, prioritized specsDefine and maintain the standards that keep engineering, deployment, and leadership alignedMake sharp prioritization calls and keep the team focused on the right thingsWhat We're Looking For3–8 years in product management, or a closely related customer-facing technical roleA track record of shipping — owning a product area and driving it to outcomes, not just strategy decksProven ability to translate customer complexity into modular, reusable solutionsStrong technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineers on real system tradeoffsClear communication and the judgment to prioritize well under ambiguityBias for action and ownership; thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity through structured thinkingYou'd Be a Great Fit If YouDo the work.
