Responsibilities Manage the direct sales team and drive monthly and annual growth goals. Develop new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets. Manage critical customer relationships with Book of Business clients. Coordinate and collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Consumer Service, Market, and Product. Direct problem-solving activities to resolve customer-related issues. Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing a successful sales team. Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to establish relationships with customers. Organized and efficient; comfortable dealing with customers in person, on the phone, or via email. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing disciplines.
