Director of Product, Storage Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product to lead product strategy and market position for infrastructure solutions, specifically focused in storage security. This role will define product vision, drive roadmap prioritization, and work cross-functionally with engineering, go-to-market, and customers to deliver secure, scalable offerings for critical infrastructure, OT/ICS environments, and enterprise IT. The ideal candidate combines deep product management experience with domain expertise in storage security, cybersecurity, AI, and operational technology (OT), and has a proven track record of shipping secure products in complex regulated environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for security and infrastructure products focused on critical infrastructure, ICS/OT, storage, and enterprise IT.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to translate requirements into clear product specifications, prioritize technical debt and security work, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer success) to gather feedback, validate market needs, and shape product-market fit.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, setting goals, coaching career development, and driving a customer-centric product culture.
• Drive go-to-market planning and competitive positioning, working with marketing and sales to create value propositions, pricing strategies, and launch plans.
• Define security and compliance requirements, partnering with security architects and legal to ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards for critical infrastructure and storage systems.
• Advocate for AI-enabled features and automation where appropriate to enhance detection, response, and operational efficiency in OT/ICS and IT environments.
• Monitor product performance and user behavior, establish success metrics, and use data to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
• Represent the product organization with executive leadership and at customer/industry events to articulate vision, roadmap, and trust in product security and resilience.

Qualifications include:

• 6+ years leading B2B product teams with focus in storage security domain
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping products for critical infrastructure, OT/ICS, or industrial control systems, including familiarity with relevant protocols, constraints, and operational priorities.
• Practical experience with IT operations and enterprise storage systems, including integration challenges and performance/security trade-offs.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML productization and using AI to augment security workflows, analytics, or automation within product offerings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT technology systems, including data protection solutions, encryption technologies, and frameworks for storage security.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success in fast-paced environments and to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience managing compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to critical infrastructure
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills, with a strong customer focus and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
