Litigation Attorney

Rose Law Group pc is seeking a litigation candidate with 5+ years of experience in all phases of civil litigation. Bankruptcy experience a plus. Our diverse litigation practice includes contract, real estate, tort, and commercial litigation.Ideal candidate is proactive, organized and has excellent writing and communication skills.Clerkship experience preferred, preferably in federal court or state appellate court.Must have a commitment to exceptional client service and be able to manage all aspects of litigation. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy and risk assessment Oversee discovery processes, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes Negotiate settlements when appropriate Prepare witnesses and clients for trial Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court requirements Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys Qualifications Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience Excellent writing and communication skills Experience with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Discretionary annual bonus and monthly bonus incentives Retirement plan with ROTH feature Paid time off and professional development opportunities Full time position.
