Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health treatment.

• Engage with clients regularly to track their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation, ensuring all client interactions are recorded accurately and comprehensively.

• Maintain professional malpractice insurance and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines set forth by the social work profession.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be primarily serving a diverse clientele, including adults aged 18 and above who are facing mental health challenges compounded by substance use concerns. Your experience and sensitivity toward working with minority and marginalized groups will be essential as you support clients from various backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community and those experiencing men’s mental health issues. Your contributions will play a significant role in facilitating healing and fostering resilience among clients during critical phases of their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling is required, demonstrating both skill and commitment to the field.

• Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy, ensuring a versatile therapeutic approach to client treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
