This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own home. You will leverage our sophisticated Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, which enhances your ability to maintain accurate client documentation while keeping your administrative responsibilities to a minimum. Our support team will manage industry-standard tasks such as client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance audits, allowing you to focus fully on therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based practices, ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach to each individual’s needs.

• Engage in intake assessments to establish rapport and identify clients’ specific therapeutic needs and goals.

• Utilize best practices in psychological treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in our EHR system, following all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain current with therapeutic advancements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support for clients, ensuring they receive holistic and integrated assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a wide range of clients, particularly adults aged 18 and above, including those in the hospice setting. As you work with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, your sensitivity and understanding towards the needs of minority and diverse populations will be critical in fostering trust and open communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.
\n
• Familiarity with working alongside the LGBTQIA+ community, while experience in men's mental health is an added advantage.

• Possess professional malpractice insurance to safeguard your practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
