You ll practice in the only Level III NICU in the region , housed within a state of the art Women and Children s Pavilion designed to support the most fragile patients and the clinicians who care for them.

Practice Highlights

• Level III NICU with 30 private rooms

• Average daily census of 25 NICU patients

• Approximately 4,500 annual deliveries

• Attend high risk deliveries and provide coverage in a 30 bed well baby nursery
• 24 hour shifts , averaging 7 8 shifts per month for excellent work life balance

• Collaborative team of 4 neonatologists and 4 NNPs

• On site MFM support , pediatric surgeons, and multiple pediatric subspecialties affiliated with Nemours
