Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Two years nursing experience providing direct care in long-term care, acute care, restorative or geriatric nursing setting. One-year supervisory/management experience with direct care staff. Current active state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Current CPR Certification.
