General Responsibilites
Perform duties in the absence of Business Office Manager on extended leave
Perform duties of Business Office Manager for Open Positions
Account cleanup/work aging accounts
Assist training new Business Office Managers
Assist with Systems training
Communicate with Administrators and Regional Field Accountants
Performs other duties as assigned by Regional Field Accountants
Travel Requiremen
Ability to travel to all facilities in Region required
Overnight travel is required
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have 5 years Business Office Manager experience.
Must have working knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles in a health care setting to include Medicare, Medicaid and third-party billing.
