General Responsibilites

  • Perform duties in the absence of Business Office Manager on extended leave

  • Perform duties of Business Office Manager for Open Positions

  • Account cleanup/work aging accounts

  • Assist training new Business Office Managers

  • Assist with Systems training

  • Communicate with Administrators and Regional Field Accountants

  • Performs other duties as assigned by Regional Field Accountants

Travel Requiremen

  • Ability to travel to all facilities in Region required

  • Overnight travel is required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must have 5 years Business Office Manager experience.

  • Must have working knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles in a health care setting to include Medicare, Medicaid and third-party billing.
