Maintenance Coordinator Duties
Screen, review and verify maintenance documents and enters them into appropriate database.
Respond to calls regarding status of repairs, notify hand receipt holders of completed work, and arrange for pick up or delivery of equipment.
Track completion of maintenance/service and enter data into history record of equipment.
Utilize a variety of computer software to transcribe and transmit correspondence.
Receive phone calls and walk-in customers.
