Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings
• Completion of three HealthStream modules pre-assignment

Assignment Details

• Schedule is open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days
• Shift hours are 0900-1730
• Shift days are Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm
• EMR used is Raintree
