Travel Percentage: None. Job Shift: Day. Eckert’s Farms is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and guest-focused individual to serve as our Guest Experience & Communications Coordinator. This role is the front line of communication for our guests—ensuring questions are answered quickly, accurately, and with a high level of care across all channels. This position plays a critical role in supporting the guest journey before arrival by managing inquiries, providing clear information, and identifying trends or issues that need attention. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple platforms, confident communicating with both guests and internal teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
