Strong organizational and time management skills will be essential for balancing client appointments, assessments, and teamwork across a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client's emotional, mental, and social conditions, focusing on their readiness for change and recovery.

• Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support through various modalities, including individual sessions via telehealth, group therapy, and family meetings.

• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, addiction specialists, and care coordinators, to provide integrated and effective treatment plans.

• Perform regular check-ins to monitor clients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed and addressing any concerns or changes in their mental health status.

• Educate clients and their families about recovery processes, coping strategies, and available community resources, enhancing their knowledge and support networks.

Qualifications\n
